Series 61 Booster Relays |
|
|
Series 61 booster relays are
normally used to reproduce signals in a 1:1 ratio to provide signal
isolation or increased flow capacity. A wide range of models is available to
meet various application requirements. These include increasing the stroking
speed of pneumatic valves, low pressure selection, and the accurate
transmission of measurement signals. |

|
Series 62 Constant-Differential Relays |
|
Series 62 relays act as air flow controllers and maintain an essentially
constant air purge for each setting of an integral needle valve. By
maintaining a constant pressure drop across a built-in needle valve an
essentially constant volumetric rate of air flow is assured.
Features
Bubbling rates held constant maintaining high
accuracy of measurement
Wider needle valve openings are less subject to clogging
Full air supply (up to 100 p.s.i.) is connected to the purge system
providing a greater margin of safety

Constant Differential Flow
Controllers Series 63 |
|
Used in conjunction with an
external needle valve, Series 63 instruments proŽvide constant volume flow
rates for either liquids or gases over a continŽuously adjustable flow
range.
For gases, models are available for either constant up-stream or constant
down-stream pressure.
Available with either brass bodies and Neoprene diaphragms or 316 stainless
steel bodies and Kynar diaphragms |

Model 66 Amplifying and Reducing Relays |
|
Series 66 pneumatic relays are
fixed ratio instruments used to amplify or reduce control circuit pressure
signals.
For example a 3-15 p.s.i. control signal can be amplified to operate a 6-30
p.s.i. control valve; or reduced to operate a low pressure device.
Models are available to amplify or reduce in the ratios of 2, 3, 4 or 6 to
1. |
 |
|
Model 661 Amplifying Relays with Bias |
|
| Series 661 are fixed gain
amplifying relays with an adjustable bias. This permits both the input and
output signals to have a common low limit. For example with a 2:1 ratio a
3-15 p.s.i. input can give a 3-27 p.s.i. output. Fixed ratios of 2,3,4 and 6
to 1 are available, as is a reverse acting version which gives decreasing
output for increasing input |

Pressure Regulators Series
40, 41 and 42 |
|
|
Moore NULLMATICŪ pressure regulators are
widely used for precise pressure regulation in pneumatic systems. Their
unique two-stage piloted design and rugged, frictionless construction
provides accurate regulation with reliable, maintenance-free operation.
Series 40,41 and 42 regulators have diaphragm
type sensing elements and provide a wide range of output of pressures and
flows. Models are available for regulated outputs ranging from 1" WG to 450
p.s.i. Output flow capacities vary with the model, supply pressure and set
pressure. Typically a maximum flow of 125 Scfm can be given by a 30 p.s.i.
range instrument set at 25 p.s.i. and with a 100 p.s.i. supply.
